Manufacturing process
- Platform selection You choose between P002 (compact, stainless tray, app), M04 (BLE + WiFi, 3 L) and P006 (4 L + 3.5 L, 90-day battery). Tank sizes are fixed toolings; colour and packaging are customised.
- Water system assembly and leak testing Clean and waste circuits are assembled separately and pressure/leak tested, because a cross-leak between the two tanks defeats the entire product concept and is the main field-failure mode in this category.
- Electronics and sensor calibration Infrared approach sensor, tank-presence detection and low/high-water switches are calibrated on the line; WiFi pairing is verified for app-enabled units.
- Compliance and documentation The water dispenser platform carries CE-RED, FCC (with FCC ID on file), UKCA, UL and RoHS documentation; radio test reports cover the 2.4 GHz WiFi and BLE paths. Appearance registrations are held in the EU and US.

What we do not do
We do not make pet feeders, pet treat dispensers or gravity-only fountains without circulation, and the app functions (remote mode switching, drinking counter) require mains power — they do not operate on battery alone on the P002. Filter elements are consumables we supply, not a subscription we operate.
Technical questions
Why separate clean and waste water in a pet fountain?
In a single-bowl fountain, water the pet does not drink sits and degrades; in a dual-tank design, stale tray water is drained into a separate waste tank instead of re-circulating. The P006 pairs a 4 L clean tank with a 3.5 L waste tank and can auto-drain on a 24 h or 48 h cycle, which is what makes the 15–20 day refill interval realistic.
How long does the battery last?
The P006 runs up to 90 days per charge in sensor mode, and the M04 runs about 100 hours in continuous mode or 40 days in sensor mode. App connectivity requires mains power, so a unit running purely on battery works offline with sensor circulation only.
Does the fountain work when my pet approaches at night?
Yes. In the default sensor mode the pump runs for 20 seconds when the pet approaches and sleeps after 3 minutes of no activity, which keeps the water moving when needed without running all night. Continuous mode is available if your market prefers always-on circulation.
What certifications does the water dispenser platform have?
The platform has completed CE-RED, FCC (FCC ID on file), UKCA, UL and RoHS testing, with radio reports covering 2.4 GHz WiFi and BLE. Documentation is available for review during supplier qualification.
