Manufacturing process
- Configuration The CG2 is a single fixed platform with colour and packaging customisation. Nozzle kit contents and colour box artwork are confirmed at sampling; body colour is customisable at MOQ.
- Motor and fan assembly The 150 W suction assembly is matched and tested before housing closure. Stall protection (automatic shutdown after 8 seconds with a blocked inlet) is verified on every unit.
- Battery and charging The 2,600 mAh pack is fitted with a protection board and tested for charge time (2.5–3 h over Type-C) and runtime (15–25 min) on the line.
- Compliance and packing CE, RoHS, FCC and KC test documentation covers this platform; battery transport files (UN38.3, MSDS, drop, stacking, air and sea) are archived per shipment. Colour boxes pack 20 units per export carton.

What we do not do
We do not build wet/dry shop vacuums, tyre inflators or jump starters, and the CG2 dust cup is not rated for liquids. For car-care brands needing higher airflow for upholstery, a handheld platform is the wrong tool — we will say so rather than stretch this product.

Is 20,000 Pa real suction or a marketing number?
The CG2 has two measurable modes: 8,000 Pa in ECO and 20,000 Pa in MAX. In MAX the 15–25 minute runtime drops toward the bottom of that range. We quote both numbers so your product page can be specific instead of one unverifiable figure.
How long does it run on one charge?
15–25 minutes per charge, depending on mode, and it recharges in 2.5–3 hours over Type-C. For a full vehicle interior this means one charge covers a typical sedan in ECO mode; plan marketing claims accordingly.
Can the dust cup be emptied without touching the dirt?
Yes. The 130 ml cup opens by pushing the rear release — a deliberate anti-misfire design so it cannot pop open when pushed forward. It is a dry-only cup; liquids void the design intent.
What is the MOQ and can we customise the colour?
MOQ is 2,000 units. Body colour, colour box artwork and nozzle kit contents are customisable at that volume because the aluminium barrel and ABS parts are finished in-house.
