Retail and E-commerce Private-Label Programs

Volume private-label programmes for retail chains and e-commerce brands: container loading, retail-ready packaging and 15–20 day repeat orders.

Short answer

Retail and e-commerce programs differ from brand launches in one way: volume and repeat cadence. Youwang produces 600,000+ units a year across four appliance platforms with documented 20GP/40HQ container loading quantities per model, retail-ready colour boxes packed 2–36 units per carton, and repeat-order lead times of 15–20 days on approved configurations.

Scope of supply in this sector

This page covers volume supply to retail chains, e-commerce brands and promotional channels across our four product families. It does not cover dropship single-unit fulfilment, which is a different logistics model.

Quality risks specific to this sector

These are the failure modes we see most often in this industry. They are listed because knowing them before design review is cheaper than discovering them at first article.

  • Battery products need per-shipment transport documentation — forwarders ask by pack configuration
  • Peak-season component lead times, not factory capacity, drive the schedule
  • Promotional pricing below the honest BOM creates quality pressure; we decline unworkable targets

Compliance and capability questions

How many units fit in a container?

It depends on the platform: for example the D2-series robots load 1,200 units per 20GP and 2,880 per 40HQ, while the compact G017 scrubber loads 12,600 per 20GP. Every quotation includes the loading table for the exact model.

What are your payment terms?

30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Repeat accounts on approved configurations can discuss adjusted terms after the first completed orders.

Do you support dropship single-unit programmes?

No. Our model is container-scale private-label supply. Single-unit fulfilment requires a 3PL network we do not operate, and pretending otherwise causes both sides problems.
